Changzhou Bao-Ling Heavy & Industrial Machinery Company Limited (BLHI) is a joint venture co-funded by Bao Steel Engineering & Equipment Company Limited (BSEE), Shanghai China, Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery, Inc. and Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan and founded in March 2006 on the basis of Bao-Steel Group Changzhou Metallurgical Machinery Plant and Changzhou Bao Ling Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Company Limited, with rigisted capital 73 million US dollars.

BLHI integrates development, design, manufacturing and selling of metallurgical equipment and spare parts. It has solid foundation in management, comprehensive technical capacities and a well-functioning quality control system, which has successfully passed ISO9001:2000 certificate, GB/T28001-2001 OHSAS certificate and GB/T 24001-2001-ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems certificate.

BLHI has established several specialized metallurgical equipment manufacturing center such as for mill stands, continuous casting equipment, chock, POR & TR .

Its major products include equipment for steel making, rolling mills and process lines as well as metallurgical spare parts. Its products not only serve for main domestic steel companies like Baosteel ,Shougang, Angang or Wugang ,but also for overseas customer in USA, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Russia, India, Turkey, Poland etc. and has got good reputation from customers. BLHI has worked with world famous company like SMS. Siemens, MH and created sound strategic partnership.
