BLHI has spent great efforts on development and manufacturing of continuous casters. On the basis of learning advanced technologies from home and abroad, we have developed five series of products: vertical casters, billet/round billet casters, slab casters for medium/heavy plates, slab casters for wide heavy plates and slab casters for sheets & strips. We make the most sophisticated equipment for these casters, including ladle turret, tundish, tundish cars, dummy bar cars, moulds, strand guiding devices and so on.

Our manufacturing technologies always stand at the forefront of the industry in the world. We have developed the world-widest slab casters for heavy plates in China. In cooperation with Bao Steel, we have successfully developed the thinnest strip caster in China.

BLHI has been increasing its self-integration capability and originally created segment roller alignment technology.

BLHI has become the biggest domestic base for developing and manufacturing continuous casters. Our casters have been serving for Bao Steel, Capital Steel, Anshan Steel, Wuhan Steel and many other major steel producers in China and exported to USA, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Russia, India, Turkey, Poland and other countries.
